Low Pressure Hydraulic Hose – Rentone Hose

Rentone low-pressure hydraulic hoses consist of three parts: an inner tube, a reinforcing layer, and an outer layer. The inner tube is made of black oil-resistant synthetic rubber; the reinforcing layer is made of one or two layers of fabric (fiber); and the outer layer is made of wear-resistant, weather-resistant, and aging-resistant synthetic rubber. It has excellent flexibility, making it suitable for pipe laying in narrow spaces. Low-pressure hoses are widely used in return oil lines, lubrication lines, power steering return oil, and other low-pressure fluid transport systems.

Rentone Hose is a professional Chinese hydraulic hose manufacturer, supplying high-pressure, medium-pressure, and low-pressure hydraulic hoses. Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines for steel wire braided hoses, steel wire spiral hoses, and fiber braiding hoses. We use fiber braiding machines to produce low-pressure hydraulic hoses, strictly controlling every step of the production process. In addition, our company is equipped with a Taiwan Go-tech testing machine and an Italian Bilma impulse test stand. Each hose undergoes rigorous pressure and pulse testing before shipment to ensure its quality.

Types of Low Pressure Hydraulic Hose

SAE 100R3

The SAE 100 R3 low-pressure hose features a two-layer high-strength textile fiber braided structure. Operating temperature: -40℃ to +120℃; operating pressure: up to 1520psi.

SAE 100 R4 is a fabric-reinforced hydraulic hose designed for return or suction lines in low-pressure systems. Its minimum bending radius is 125mm, making it easy to install pipes in narrow spaces and easy to replace and maintain.
