1. Inner Layer: Our hydraulic hoses use natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) as the main raw materials for the inner layer, depending on the medium being transported, with the addition of small amounts of chemical materials. This material composition features wear resistance, aging and corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and high toughness.
2. Reinforcing Layer: The reinforcing layer uses high-strength polyurethane fiber cloth, fabric, and high-strength steel wire as the main materials, and is covered with high-strength rubber foil. This structure features high-pressure resistance, ultra-lightweight, high flexibility, and high-temperature resistance. This ensures that it will not delaminate or fail when used with high-power water pumps, resulting in a longer service life.
3. Skeleton Steel Wire: The skeleton structure uses high-quality alloy spring steel produced by top-tier domestic factories. The steel wire diameter is thickened, increasing the working pressure. This structure has high tensile strength, fatigue strength, and elastic limit, ensuring that the hose will not be sucked out or deformed under negative pressure.
4. Outer Adhesive Layer: The outer layer of the hose uses imported natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and EPDM as raw materials. Furthermore, we will thicken the outer rubber layer. This outer layer is lightweight, resistant to aging, bending, damage, and cracking.
