SAE 100 R4 textile reinforced hydraulic hose is intended for petroleum-based fluid delivery in hydraulic systems. It is composed of an inner tube, reinforcement, and outer cover. The inner tube is made of high-quality synthetic rubber with a smooth surface and oil resistance. It allows the hose to convey oil effectively. The reinforcement consists of two or more layers of high-tensile braided textile and spiraled steel wire. It can greatly support the inner tube and prevents abrasion. The outer cover is made of synthetic rubber, which has excellent resistance to oil, weather, corrosion, ozone, etc., providing the hose with a longer service life.
